[Piglit] [v3 06/11] ext_memory_object: Support for setting up vulkan framebuffer

Topi Pohjolainen topi.pohjolainen at gmail.com
Thu Dec 21 12:02:49 UTC 2017

v2: Store image size in order to know how much memory to import,
    see glImportMemoryFdEXT().

v3:
    - use "goto fail" for all failure paths (Andres)
    - use VkExternalMemoryImageCreateInfoKHR (Fredrik)
    - check for dedicated using
      vkGetImageMemoryRequirements2KHR() (Fredrik)
