[Piglit] [PATCH v3] tests: add nvidia conservative rasterization tests

The patch looks great overall.  Just minor nit-picks below.

Could you expand the comment a bit to say how you go about doing the 
test?  It seems like the rendering could be a tricky thing to validate.

It looks like you're probing carefully chosen pixels and if the window 
size were not 250x250 it'd fall apart.
