I've built http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~sandmann/pixman/log/?h=flags +
overlapped blt + NEON patches for cortex A8 and I couldn't spot any
problems with it on the device with a quick tour of a standard GNOME
desktop.

So it passes the "does it build?" test as well as the "does it run?" test :)

I have no data on performance changes.
