[Pixman] 0.22.0 release schedule

The 0.22.0 release is supposed to come out in the beginning of May, and
we need at least one development snapshot before then.

My plan is to release an 0.21.8 development snapshot around the end of
next week as a release candidate, and then after that only accept bug
fixes for master. Then, in early May, 0.22.0 will be released.

Patches that I think should make it:

  - Trap offset issue. See this mail:
    http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/xorg-devel/2011-April/021180.html

  - Siarhei's bilinear optimizations

Patches that could potentially make it:

  - Windows TLS fixes

  - Fix for https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34748 about
    OpenMP detection by configure.ac

  - NEON optimization for 0565_ca

These depend on patches being ready for the 0.21.8 release next week.

If I missed something, or if are other things you think should make
0.22.0, now would be a good time to bring it up on the list.
