Hi,

    I am trying to scale an ARGB image from (Height, Width) ~ (331, 481)
to (Height, Width) ~ (119, 173).
    I couldn't able to figure out how to use pixman for this scaling.
Although, in my case scaling factor is float
    and as pixman uses binary scaling it should work( ? ). Could anyone
please give me some suggestion on this.
