[Pixman] 0.32.0

It's time to think about 0.32, which is due out beginning of
November. The is a list of patches that are still outstanding.

These have review comments that haven't been addressed:

  - MIPS series

  - ARM v6 series:

  - Trapezoid crasher

      http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/pixman/2013-October/003091.html

The trapezoid crasher one is a potential showstopper; the MIPS and
ARMv6 are optimizations and can be deferred to 0.34.

This one:

  - Fix build with older GCC releases:

      http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/pixman/2013-October/003090.html

looks reasonable to me by now.
