[Pixman] [PATCH pixmap] V5: Fixes to filter and make GOOD/BEST use filters

Is there any feedback on this? I believe I addressed the concerns raised 
by Søren Sandmann in that it keeps the two filters api and produces the 
exact same filters except for differences due to bugs I found in the 
filter generator.
