Default path for *.pc files

Hi!

With the release of pkgconfig 0.18.1 not only the name
of the package changed to pkg-config, but also the default
search path for *.pc files changed to <prefix>/lib/pkg-config/.
This is IMHO not good(tm), as of course all other packages
providing a *.pc file still store the *.pc file in the old
path <prefix>/lib/pkgconfig/

If this was a deliberate change I would strongly suggest
to re-think the motivation of changing such an important
interface detail between two minor releases.

Otherwise this should be fixed ASAP!

(btw: the manual page still refers to the old search path
under <prefix>/lib/pkgconfig/)
