How to access pkg-config arch server?

I'm trying to access the pkg-config arch repository. The wiki page says:

pkg-config is available from the GNU Arch repository named
tfheen at freedesktop.org--2005, available on
[WWW]http://pkg-config.freedesktop.org/archives/tfheen@freedesktop.org--2005/

but when I try to access it:

% tla register-archive http://pkg-config.freedesktop.org/archives/tfheen@freedesktop.org--2005/                     
unable to access URL: /archives/tfheen at freedesktop.org--2005/.listing
webdav error: 404 Not Found

who has what wrong where?
