| well the reason is,
| xlibs recommend themselves to be configured with option  `--prefix=/usr/X11R6'.
| when installing xfree86, some old version of xlibs get installed too,
| there maybe broken dependencies.

Having multiple sets of the same header files installed is a good
receipe for disaster.. especially if you install one of them in the
search path.

Anyway, please file a wishlist bug about that pkg-config should use
the output from cc -v to determine default ignore path so I won't
forget it.
