Renewing the pkg

| What are the file needed to be updated with this new release (0.19) One file
| (acLocal.m4) mentions the need to update the version. Please indicate the
| correct file in which the pkg.config must be put into.

Just running aclocal should update aclocal.m4 with the correct set of
macros for you.
