This appears to be a distro/vendor-independent problem. I have no
oaf.pc on my OS X machines, on which I build oaf from source, and I
don't see oaf.pc (or oaf.pc.in or whatever) in the upstream oaf source
tarball. Which doesn't stop other packages from Requires:oaf :(
