"creates a conflicts" message

| Why does it output this message? chemicalmime is not installed, so
| I'm surprised by this output. And I do not understand, why
| shared-mime-info creates the conflict. Could someone please explain
| this behaviour to me?

Conflicts have been completely broken.  I just committed a fix for
this, so they should work correctly in current bzr now.
