no plymouth at shutdown (was blabla)

so somehow the /etc/init/plymouth-splash.conf was renamed 
plymouth-splash.conf.disabled

renaming it made plymouth back at shutdown ang also freeze ... but it 
could be related to a update-initramfs -u before the rename or somthing 
else or ...

some hard reset later it worked and keept working
