Questios about details about text theme

Hi all

I would like changing the text on the right of progress bar, like changing
"CentOS linux 6.0" into "Hello guests" here:
http://lghttp.nex.nexcesscdn.net/803313/static/images/blog/08-22-2011.gif.

How can I do that?
