[Pm-utils] i810 driver, on resume, sometimes either locks or blank screen

hmm, i have switched to the intel driver as you suggested a while
back, but on resume today the video was blank, despite everything else
being responsive.  it seems to GENERALLY work, but those times it does
not, i have to power off:(
