[Pm-utils] Suspend/Resume and pesky applications

Hi, there are some applications don't work well with suspending such as
tvtime. Powersaved and hibernate-scipts allowed me to define a list of
applications that would be automatically killed on suspend/hibernate.
Can pm-utils do the same?
