[Pm-utils] suspend to ram does not work on e1505/6400 dell without clocksource=acpi_pm

Yes.  I don't need any quirks when I use clocksource=acpi_pm, however,
on occasion I get a lock on resume or suspend has problems.

I tried turning on vbe post and dpms on when i didn't use clocksource
on boot, but when I try to get back after suspend i get no display,
but all the keys work.
