[Pm-utils] Where to find the tarball of the latest release

Hi,

according to [1], the latest release is  0.99.2 but there is also a
pm_utils_0_99_3 tag in CVS.
To make it even more confusing, configure.in in CVS has the version
number 0.99.2 but there is also a pm-utils 0.99.3 package in Fedora
Rawhide [2].

Could someone please enlighten me, why all these version numbers
differ and where one is supposed to find the latest, official tarball
of pm-utils.
