[Pm-utils] A "pm-echo" that actually returns the error code of write(2)

Stating the obvious here, the next step is to actually propagate that
error code up the stack.

Note that i can live without this pm-echo, since s2ram, s2disk and s2both
return proper error codes anyway ;-)
