[Pm-utils] Pm-hibernate consumes battery

Something similar regarding primarily Toshiba laptops, but also a
couple of Macbooks, was discussed on lkml within the last couple of
months.  I don't have a link to the lkml archives, nor do I remember if
the problem(s) was/were solved, but I did find this via a cursory
