[Pm-utils] second suspend/resume cycle hangs on resume

OK. This is done. I have two files:
http://brian.interlinx.bc.ca/dmesg-good.out
http://brian.interlinx.bc.ca/dmesg-black-screen.out
The first file is a successful suspend/resume cycle. The second is the
result of doing an "echo mem >/sys/power/state" and resuming apparently
successfully, however with a black screen.
