I don't think having a hard dep on s2ram and s2both is a good idea, and
I'm pretty sure fedora wouldn't ship it having the duplicate whitelist.
I also don't think putting all the functionality into one binary is a
good idea, because radeontool and vbetool are used for other uses that
are not to do with suspend and resume.
