Anyone can do the CVS to git conversion and just put the repo
somewhere it can be cloned. I could do it if you want and put it at
people.freedestop.org/~dbn. After that, you pretty much just poke
Daniel Stone to get it cloned to the public git area, I think. Opening
a ticket in Bugzilla assigned to admin is probably the right way.
