[Pm-utils] [patch commit] [done] POSIXification of pm-utils

Final state.  Tested on a Debian install running under QEMU/x86, with
my changes overwriting the Debian official pm-utils package.  Tested
by setting up a hibernate/resume loop, and letting it run until I got
bored.  Testing on other distros welcome!
