It would be good if the chvt hook is removed from pm-utils without any 
regressions, because it would reduce the requirements of pm-utils. For 
Fedora, there was a request to remove the package that contains chvt as a 
dependency for pm-utils, to make it easier to creat an 64 MB image for 
ovirt[1].
