[Pm-utils] building snapshot

Hey guys.

I've just noticed my daily snapshots have been breaking:

git log "--git-dir=." > ChangeLog
fatal: unrecognized argument: --git-dir=.
make: *** [ChangeLog] Error 128

Do we now depend on git > 1.5.4.1-1.fc8?
