I don't have numbers for that (and I doubt either have you), but my
guess is that not a lot of users that are using hal/pm-utils are using
acpi_flags via the kernel cmd line. So speaking of a large set of
users might be mildly exaggerated.


Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the
universe are pointed away from Earth?
