Looks fine to me, but I'll stay out of the acpi_video_flags
conversation. One thing I'd like to see is prominent notes about
removal of default hooks in NEWS. That's something that will directly
affect everyone that uses pm-utils, so being upfront and clear about
why that has happened will lead to less surprises. In other words,
distro packagers need to know why alsactl and ntpd are not being
handled at suspend anymore without digging through the ChangeLog and
mail archives.
