[Pm-utils] HAL quirk helper website

Nice one on the release guys.

A lot of the new code makes vast chunks of the HAL quirk site
http://people.freedesktop.org/~hughsient/quirk/ incorrect.

Would any of you guys be interested in checking out the sources, and
sending me corrections? I'm really busy with other work stuff at the
moment, and it would be a shame to have the pages be out of date with
the cool new code.
