[Pm-utils] pm-suspend working only after resuming from pm-hiberante

First thank you Dan form pointing me to the right package.

I'm attaching three files showing the output of intel_reg_dumper:
normalboot.dump
resumefromhibernate.dump 
resumefromsuspend.dump
the first refers to a normal boot, the second after resuming from disk and the third after resuming from ram (working because I invoked sm-suspend after thaw from hibernate).
