[Pm-utils] cannot resume after hibernate if no network connection ...

Hi to all.

I cannot resume after hibernate if the following situation is reproduced:

Access point down -> No wireless network available;

start web browser (for example chromium)

Hibernate -> does not show classical progress percentage on console
Resume-> get a blank screen in a state that is not recoverable.
Machine alive but no
  video -> have to shutdown by pressing the power button.

If network is up when hibernating, then performing the same operations
lead to success.

Do I have to blacklist something special to work around this problem?
