[Pm-utils] GIT: [PATCH] Move function log to pm/functions.in

Hi all,

the log functions is used in pm/functions.in, so it make a sense move a
definition of it from pm/pm-functions.in here. This allows a direct usage of
some quirks withouth sourcing of pm-functions.
