[Pm-utils] Problems with latest version.

Hi! :-)

I'm using latest stable version on my system (Debian Jessie x64 KDE).

1) "pm-is-supported" command (eg. "pm-is-supported --suspend-hybrid")
gives absolutely no results.

2) "pm-suspend-hybrid" is putting the system in sleep, but seems that
never hibernates.

I suppose something's wrong with systemd?

Are they bugs?
Should I go on and report them at bugtracker?
