repository and TODO list

Hey,

I've now moved all the commits of the PolicyKit rewrite into the main
repository, see

 http://cgit.freedesktop.org/PolicyKit/

Also, the old polkit.git repo in my home directory on people.fd.o is
no longer available.

I promised writing up a TODO list, this is now done, see

 http://cgit.freedesktop.org/PolicyKit/tree/docs/TODO

for details and reply on the list if you want to work on one of these
items. I'm going to be working on these items until 1.0 is ready. I
also expect to be release 0.91, 0.92 and so on until 1.0 is ready.
