Testing them with polkit-1 revealed that I erroneously unref the inquirer.
After fixing that, the checks seem to do the right thing (letting me
grant/revoke auth as root, but not as myself), and enumerating
authorizations reflects the changes I make with grant/revoke.

Here is one patch covering all three.
