overriding stanzas with new polkit

Trying to fix the PolicyKit-olpc package.

What is the new equivalent of the following in PolicyKit-1.0?

    polkit-action --set-defaults-active
org.freedesktop.hal.power-management.reboot-multiple-sessions yes
