Hey,

Here's a new polkit release

As you can see, polkit releases and docs now live in
http://www.freedesktop.org/software/polkit/ instead of
http://hal.freedesktop.org/{docs,releases} ... plus releases are now
signed. I also just signed all releases going back to 0.92 (after
verifying their authenticity).

The big thing in this release is the pkttyagent(1) helper - this was
needed to make systemd's systemctl(1) Do The Right Thing(tm) for
non-graphical logins without linking to too much polkit code.
