If you need to support *.pkla (and localauthority.conf.d/*.conf) for compatibility, polkit-pkla-compat provides a mostly backward-compatible implementation as a JavaScript .rule. More information is available at https://fedorahosted.org/polkit-pkla-compat/ and in the included README.
