I suspect the gjs -> mozj24 dependency has driven it into most distributions now,
and what gjs does (and for that matter other mozjs tools like libproxy)
should probably be looked at.

In the short term I think hard requiring mozjs24 in the next release is probably OK.
I pushed your patches to master, though I tweaked the subject
of the porting one to make it "Switch to hard requiring mozjs24" since
I think it's clearer.
