I also can say that I have the same bug if I disable PAX_NOEXEC in kernel as above then I have:

Can't figure it out how to reconstruct it... it just happens from time to time... I have changed polkit versions but same thing... (right now have 0.113-r2::gentoo)

Sorry, this isn't enough information to solve a bug. If you can get
a backtrace from the crash (ask your Linux distribution's support
channels for help if you don't know how), please report a bug via
<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=PolicyKit> with some
more detail (your Linux distribution, the version of polkit you're using,
the backtrace, any nearby log messages in the syslog or systemd Journal
that look relevant, etc.).
