Release 0.120 is out

Hello,

a new version of polkit has been released.

What's new in short:
  - new translations
  - migration to gettext
  - fixed documentation in tarball
  - other meson and pipeline fixes

What's next:
  - autotools decommission
  - duktape migration
  - hopefully other fixes from merge requests

you!
