Release v.121 is out

A new version of polkit has been released.

This new release contains many new features, some of which were
long-demanded, mainly:
- duktape added as backend JS engine
- autotools build system removed

Please note that this is the **LAST** version published on [1] !
The upcoming releases are to be published using Gitlab Release
functionality.

Many thanks to everyone involved! This wouldn't be possible without your
enthusiasm.

PS: Please don't be confused by the current v.121 release under the
Releases section in Gitlab. Though it is valid, by mistake it contains
"v.$VERSION" prefix in its artifacts. This will be changed in further new
releases.
