"On the attached document, evince prints the first three pages, and then stops.
pages 4 and 5 are not printed regardless of what I do. pages 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10
print fine.

The printer is a hp laserjet 4250 using the postscript driver. It has its own
ip on the network.

Problematic pdf file

printing this pdf to a file produces a ps file which is not shown both by
evince as well as gs-esp. And this output.ps fails to be converted to pdf using
ps2pdf."

"pdftops from poppler head creates an invalid ps (pages 4 and 5) with this pdf
