"#define POPPLER_TYPE_XXX (poppler_XXX_get_type ())" macro is very useful for
writing language bindings.

In glib/poppler-document.h, POPPLER_TYPE_INDEX_ITER and POPPLER_TYPE_FONTS_ITER
are missing.
