When using SumatraPDF, I noticed that text extraction does not work correctly.
After debugging, I saw that bounding box y coordinates for every TextLine in
TextOutputDev are about 50 points lower than in reality. This is the only pdf
file in which I noticed this issue. It works fine with other PDF libraries (ex.
Fitz).
