This bug relates to the above linked document. I have tested with a few
different applications that use poppler-0.5.4 as their back-end. Each of them
opens with the same error for this document:

Error: Unsupported version/revision (4/4) of Standard security handler
Error: Incorrect password

This means I cannot view the document, but I know that this particular document
should not require a password at all.
