"There's trouble with rendering in Evince newer then 0.6.3. It occures only in
Evince and in it's derivate Epdfview, so there's something with Evince's
codebase.

Upgrading to poppler-0.5.9 didn't help."

The problem is reproducible with both cairo and splash backends, but not with
xpdf.
