"According to friends who have it, http://www.smile.co.uk/terms works fine in
Adobe Reader 7, but it will not open in Evince or KPDF. There's no indication
as to what exactly the problem is: Evince fails with the very helpful "error
2", while KPDF simply says "Could not open <filename>".
