Does the cairo backend use this information to try to find the font that
requires the minimum stretching, i.e. with the most similar metrics?  If not
(i.e. if it's just approximately matching font style etc.) then this could make
some articles look a little funny, as individual glyphs are stretched different
amounts to fit on screen.
